Toilets, Bladders, and Clogging OH MY!

Today I had the joy of replacing one of the toilets in our house. My kiddo really doesn't like being told what to do ever-classic Reactive Attachment Disorder stuff. The mornings are often a miserable fight to get teeth brushed, hair brushed, getting dressed, breakfast, and so on. Every morning I need to urge use of the facilities because kiddo is terrible at monitoring bio-needs. A little over a week ago the tantrum turned into throwing things into the toilet and flushing leading to a un-fixable blockage.

A trip to Lowes, $250 later, and an afternoon of plumbing has a new toilet in place of the old-perfectly-good but permanently blocked throne with not even a "Sorry Dad" from the kiddo.

Ah, the joys of living with RAD.

Ouch!

Our kiddo pulled that one when at about 6. Kicked the screens out of the bedroom window.
